How Our Process Works

Every solution starts with understanding the waste, the site and the desired outcome. Our process moves from assessment through planning, collection and recovery, to review and responsible reporting.

01. Understand

Assess the client's requirements, waste streams, operating conditions and project objectives.

02. Plan

Define proposed collection arrangements, segregation requirements, manpower, logistics and recovery pathways within the agreed scope.

03. Collect & Recover

Implement the agreed arrangements and route suitable materials towards reuse, recycling or other appropriate recovery options.

04. Review & Improve

Where included in the service scope, review operational records and recovery outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.

05. Responsible Reporting

Where monitoring is part of the agreed scope, report quantities collected, segregated, recycled and residual — supported by verified records.
